The flexible and modular design of the HEC 1000 Athletic, HEC 1250 Athletic, HEC 1600 Athletic and HEC 1800 Athletic machining centers guarantee the best possible results when machining large and heavy components. Their modular design includes the main groups of components, the complete tool and component handling, the design of the working spindle and the controls.
To fulfil the task required, users can select a horizontal working spindle to cover different work and speed ranges, an adjustable NC quill and a swivelling horizontal/vertical milling head for machining 5 sides. The design and arrangement of the automatic pallet change and the tool storage facilities can also be modified.
A machining center tailored exactly to meet customer needs is therefore absolutely feasible. |
