With the introduction of the STC 800 StarragHeckert once again lives up to its reputation as technology leader in the field of 5-axis machining
technology. It was our aim to develop a modular machining center, which can be flexibly configured to meet the different requirements of modern production concepts.
The machine offers maximum stability and performance while also featuring a very compact design. These are crucial requirements to produce even highly
complex pieces in aluminum, steel, titanium and other difficult-to-machine materials in a highly precise and economic manner. The five-side machining is done simultaneously on five axes and at any required angle.
With its uncompromising technology the machining center shows its strengths when dealing with a variety of challenging machining solutions, in the fields of aircraft and engine construction,
steam and gas turbine construction as well as in the fields of production engineering and mechanical engineering.
