In our modern-equipped CPE (Centre of Production Excellence) in Switzerland, StarragHeckert offers its customers the opportunity to test and optimise new machining processes, and enables the production of pilot and small-batch high-value components.
The 2,000 m2 CPE is furnished with the latest StarragHeckert 4- and 5-axis machining centers that facilitate the production of the widest variety of turbine blade types, rotary and compressor parts, and complex components that must be produced at either right-angles or milled in simultaneous 3D.
Our comprehensive spectrum of machining abilities utilises our in-house know-how in such a way that it ranges from the heavy-duty, precision cutting of high-strength titanium and wasp alloys, up to the pinnacle of highspeed
milling of lightweight metals, attaining surface quality finishes of class IT 5 – and all this at attractive prices.
