SAM (Service Assistant Module)

SAM is a new visualization system developed by StarragHeckert which features different configuration levels. It is ideally suited for users of StarragHeckert machining centers of the CWK, HEC, STC, and LX series, which are equipped with Siemens control, and helps to significantly enhance machine uptime and so as to increase the machines added value.
The reduction of unproductive idle times directly influences productivity and minimizes production costs. SAM allows to plan and supervise all service and maintenance activities, and the StarragHeckert developed remote on-line diagnosis system guarantees the optimal use of all resources. |
