Dr. Frank Brinken, CEO
|
|
| Dr. Frank Brinken assumed office as CEO of the StarragHeckert Group on 1 March 2005. He joined StarragHeckert from the Zurich based Maag Pump Systems Textron Group which he led as President & CEO since 1995. Dr. Brinken started his professional career as a research and industry consultant at the Plastics Processing Institute (IKV) in Aachen, Germany in 1975. He joined the plastic piping division of George Fischer in 1979 as Product Manager. In 1988, he assumed office as Head of Business Unit Composite Materials and Products of Alusuisse-Lonza Group. Dr. Frank Brinken studied mechanical engineering and obtained his PhD from the University of Aachen, Germany. He completed his technical background with executive development programs in marketing at St. Gallen University, Switzerland and attended the Global Leadership Forum at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Gerold Brütsch, CFO

| Gerold Brütsch has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of StarragHeckert Group since 2000 and Substitute CEO since 2005. Before, Mr Brütsch was Chief Financial Officer of an international machine industry company and auditor with KPMG in Zurich und San Francisco. Gerold Brütsch completed the Superior School for Economics and Business Administration in St. Gallen and passed as Business Economist SEBA in 1990. He is Swiss Certified Accountant and U.S. Certified Public Accountant. |

Dr. Eberhard Schoppe, Head of Business Unit 2

| Dr. Eberhard Schoppe has been responsible for the business unit 2 in Chemnitz since 2004. There, he had been member of the management as Head of techniques and production since 1999 and in production planning and export sales since 1994. Before, he had been Technical Director of another internationally oriented machine tool manufacturer. Dr. Eberhard Schoppe graduated as mechanical engineer at the Technical University in Chemnitz. |

Stefan Knellwolf, Head of Business Unit 1

| Stefan Knellwolf has been responsible for the Business Unit 1 in Rorschacherberg since 2000. Before, he was Director of Production and Logistics and member of the Management Board of StarragHeckert AG as well as Director of Development/Construction & Production and member of the Management Board of StarragHeckert GmbH. Mr Knellwolf graduated as mechanical engineer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) with additional further studies in economics. |

Walter Börsch, Head of Operations

| Walter Börsch was appointed as Head of Operations of StarragHeckert Group on 1 March 2007. In 2005, he assumed office as Head of Sales and Engineering of an internationally operating machine tool manufacturer. From 2000 until 2004, he was Head of a business unit of Hüller Hille GmbH. Since 1987, he had held various managing functions in the same company's development, sales, customer service and sales departments. Walter Börsch graduated as Master of Mechanical Engineering at Aachen University. |

Günther Eller, Head of Customer Service

| Günther Eller was appointed as Head of Customer Service of StarragHeckert Group on 1 January 2007. Since 1986, he operated in various management functions at OC Oerlikon's sales and customer service. From 2001 until 2006, he was Managing Director of the Business Unit Customer Service of the Data Storage Division. Since 1995 he was Managing Director of a sales and service company for OC Oerlikon`s equipment business. Additionally, he held various management functions in which he was responsible for sales and key account management. Günther Eller is a civil engineer with a degree in applied physics. |
