Walter Fust, Chairman

| Walter Fust has been a member of StarragHeckert Holding AG's Board of Directors since 1988 and its Chairman since 1992. Additionally, he is Member of the Board of Directors of Jelmoli Holding AG (Chairman until 2007), of which he used to be majority shareholder from 1996 until 2003. Before that, he went public with Dipl. Ing. Fust AG (founded by him) in 1987, and sold the company to Jelmoli Holding AG in 1994. Jelmoli Holding AG sold the Dipl. Ing. Fust AG to the Coop Group in 2007. Mr Fust graduated as civil engineer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ). |

Valentin Vogt, Vice Chairman

| Valentin Vogt has been a member of the Board of Directors of StarragHeckert Holding AG since 2005 and Vice Chairman since 2008. He is CEO and delegate of the Board of Directors of Burckhardt Compression AG. After tenure as CFO and Head of Administration in the USA, did he hold various positions at Sulzer AG, first as Division Controller and then as Head of Coating Process Automation Division of Sulzer Metco. He was then promoted to join the Management Board of Sulzer AG and took over responsibility for the Sulzer Burckhardt Division. In 2002, he initiated the management buy-out of the division. Since 2006, Burckhardt Compression has been noted on the SWX Swiss Exchange. Mr Vogt has an MBA from St. Gallen University, Switzerland. |

| Prof. Dr. Christian Belz has been a member of the Board of Directors of StarragHeckert Holding AG since 17 May 2008. He is full professor for business administration with special consideration of marketing and commerce at the University of St. Gallen since 1989 and is directing the Institute of St. Gallen since 1992. He is member of the board of Schulthess Group AG listed on the SWX Swiss Exchange. |

He is an independent lawyer and partner of the lawyer's office Brunner & Geiser in Saint Gall. Dr. Geiser finished his studies of economic law at the University of Saint Gall, Switzerland as Dr. oec. HSG. |

| Adrian Stürm has been a member of the Board of Directors of StarragHeckert Holding AG since 17 May 2008. He is working for the Controlling and Risk Management at UBS AG since 2001. From 1997 to 2000, he was with KPMG Zurich as an auditor. He is member of the board of Eduard Stürm AG (Holding) and its subsidiaries Holz Stürm AG and Eduard Stürm Immobilien AG, all domiciled in Goldach (Switzerland). Mr Stürm is lic. oec at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). |
