Under the given extensions, you will reach the fault registration. Please do not use any other call numbers, since service is only provided at the extensions specified above.
The fault registration is available from Mondays through Fridays between 07:00 a.m. and 07:00 p.m.

The fault registration will register the process in question and assign a process number. The fault will automatically be transfer to our technical hotline, and you will be called back by a service techncian within 30 min.

3. 24-hour standby service
We can be contacted directly 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, also outside office hours.
The service provided outside regular working hours cover the following:
- Recording of your fault notification
- Advice regarding first steps towards self-help
- On the following working day, initiation of further fault rectification measures
