Machine concept
|

The compact construction of the WMW CWK Machining centers with a cross-bed enables the machines to be shipped in assembled condition, erected without a foundation and commissioned without delay.
All principal assembly groups have excellent damping properties and a very low thermal expansion guaranteeing vibrationless machining at high cutting rates.
The machine bed is inclined to facilitate rapid and safe chip removal. As a result, heat is prevented from accumulation so that ideal conditions exist for machining.
